Dylan's Therapy

Here are a few pictures from Dylan's therapy appointment last week. To give a little update, Dylan is doing VERY well! It is still two steps forward - one step back but he is having more good days than bad days. We can all tell how he (and we) are learning to cope and acclimate to Dylan's needs. He is less fussy, less whiny, less crying, more playful, more happy and more independent. We are so proud of him. And honestly, he has become our most obedient child!
Ms. Amy (his Occupational Therapist) always brings things for Dylan to "stretch himself" with. Her main focus is to expose Dylan to things that he does not like - a little at a time. He is uncomfortable with playing outside and especially on/around playground equipment. So she brought this rocking toy to let him play where his feet do not touch the ground. Of course, Hanna had to have a turn! Dylan was uneasy about it at first so Hanna showed him how. Then he wanted to play on it too!

Dylan enjoying himself!
